Super King Room
This room is at the front of the house, overlooking woodland and Knole Park, the occassional deer has been spotted from the bedroom window! The room has a super king size bed, TV, WiFi and a refreshment tray so that you can make tea and coffee at your leisure. There is an ensuite shower room with a heated floor and towel rail. A camp bed may be included in this room, so as to sleep 3 guests.
King Room
The King Room is at the back of the house overlooking the south facing garden. The bed is 5 feet wide and the ensuite has a walk in shower with heated floor and towel rail. Along with a refreshment tray the room has a remote control TV and WiFi.
Twin Room
This room at the front of the house benefits from twin beds and an oak floor with underfloor heating. The ensuite with walk in shower has both a heated floor and towel rail. The refreshment tray in the room enables you to make tea and coffee at your leisure. A camp bed may be included in this room, so as to sleep 3 guests.
Sitting/Breakfast Room
The sitting room on the ground floor overlooks the garden and is solely for the use of our guests. A continental style self service breakfast is served here at a pre arranged time to suit you. Guest's must please let us know of their dietary needs prior to arrival.
Off street parking is available for all guests.
Entrance to the B&B is via a door at the side of the house, guests have their own key so can come and go independently.
Rates:
Rooms from £115 per night, without breakfast.
Rooms from £135 per night with breakfast.
Wedding party's are by prior arrangement only and attract a surcharge of £120.
