Booking Terms
We ask that all reservations are confirmed by a deposit of 50% of the total booking value at the time the booking is made.
The balance of the booking will be taken the day before arrival.
Booking will ideally be made on line (see Booking tab on this website). But can also be made by email or on the phone.
Payment methods are by card, bank transfer or cash.
We recommend travel insurance to our guests in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation
For cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking is due.
For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full booking amount is due and will be taken via our online payment system.
Privacy
Knole B&B is solely focused on providing bed and breakfast guests a warm welcome and a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sevenoaks.
The Collection of Personal Information
Personal information from you, such as your name, email address or telephone number which is provided via our contact forms is treated as confidential information retained solely for the purpose of managing guest bookings. Your email address will never be sold to 3rd parties or spammed.
If guests access the Knole B&B wifi this is via a dedicated network and guest data will never be gathered or retained from this source.
Links to Other Websites
This privacy notice does not cover the links within this site to other websites or external booking suites. Any questions about how such other sites or booking suites use your information, need to be addressed via the individual sites' privacy statements.

Collecting Domain Information
Knole B&B also collects domain information (eg IP address and referring URL's) as part of its analysis of the use of its site.
