We opened as a bed and breakfast in 2016, after extending our home in 2013. The extension includes 3 double bedrooms with ensuite facilities and a guest sitting/breakfast room. The accommodation is self contained so that our guests have their own entrance and communal sitting room. Breakfast is served in the dining area of the sitting room.
Here in Sevenoaks we are very well placed to explore the attractions of Kent and Sussex. Besides being in the heart of the Garden of England, you can enjoy many of the houses and gardens open to the public, explore the numerous woodland and country walks and enjoy the local pubs and restaurants.
About Us
We are a 15 minute walk into the centre of Sevenoaks town, which has many one off restaurants, cafes and shops plus a leisure centre and theatre. A 30 minute walk will take you to Sevenoaks station with its 31 minute direct links into central London.

The acclaimed Sevenoaks School is a 10 minute walk up the road and Knole with its famous 1000 acre deer Park is directly opposite. We are fortunate that The White Hart pub, which serves quality meals and locally brewed Kentish beer is just a 2 minute walk up the road
